Please follow the following instructions in order for us to process your return in a hassle free manner.

Dhruv Ayu Care will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer.
The product needs to be returned in the original box. Products damaged during shipment or improper Packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner.
If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Dhruv Ayu Care immediately and inform them about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.
The buyer will need to ship the product back to Dhruv Ayu Care. The cost for the shipment will be borne by the buyer.
A refund can take up to 15 working days from the time of the refund approval. A customer will be informed about the refund via email. Defective products are exchanged, however customers will have to bear the shipment cost for the new product.
We do not cancel orders which have been processed and shipped to customers.
Please ensure you inform us about the return along with the reason for return.
Do not forget to mention your complete billing address, name, order number and contact number on the label while returning the product.
The product has to be returned in the original box, with the label intact in order to return the product.
Products which are originally marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase shall not be eligible for returns or refunds as per the policy of Dhruv Ayu Care from time to time. This policy is to protect the interest of the consumers and may be the case for most food and consumable product
If the payment is made by card then we shall reverse the payment and credit the amount to the same card. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a credit on the Dhruv Ayu Care website to the customer for any future purchase across our store.
Dhruv Ayu Care does not offer pickup of the items, the user can return the package using any courier service of his/her choice.
Dhruv Ayu Care will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery from your end. Ensure you use a reliable courier service to send the product back to us. Always provide us with the shipment details via email.
